I began my studies in fine arts in 2010 in Zenta, and in 2014 I continued at the University of Pécs, majoring in painting. Early in my career, I was primarily fascinated by the world of abstract geometry, working with oil paints. In recent years, however, encaustic has become my favorite technique. My paintings reflect narrative abstraction: I transform diary-like, intuitive, and strongly emotional impressions into images, mostly on wooden panels.
Community-based creation is also important to me in my work. During my university years, I participated in awareness-raising projects for children with disabilities with the Üres Tér Association. After earning my degree, I joined the Streamlet Art Association in Magyarkanizsa, of which I am still an active member. I take part in numerous collaborative projects and artistic initiatives because I believe that art is both a personal and a communal experience.
